This brut de forge 7” bladed chef knife is hand forged in Idaho out of high carbon steel. The handle material can be selected from a wide variety of materials from olive wood and other natural toned woods, to dyed and stabilized burled woods. You get to select the finish of the blade as well. List all preferences in the special instructions box at checkout. I will then email you to work out any final details. Since these knives are handmade and are made to order, they take about 3-4 weeks from the time the order is placed until they are shipped. Each knife comes with a nylon soft zipper protective case and a 1 oz. tin of food safe protective Warrior Wax - Blade Armor. Every knife has a lifetime warranty. As long as the knife is t damaged due to abuse, if there are ever any issues, send it back and I’ll repair or replace it.
