10.5” Slicer in “Eastern Waves” Damascus clad San Mai

This Asian inspired meat slicer sports a 10.5” blade from heel to tip, a 1” ricasso, and a 4.5” handle. The handle is an octagonal traditional wah style handle made from olive wood, bog oak, and blue g10. 

This “Eastern Waves” Damascus clad San Mai pattern consists 27 layers of 1095 and 15N20 high carbon steels sandwich’s on either side of a bar of 1084 high carbon steel for the cutting edge. 

With the nickel layers mirror polished and the darker layers shining in jet black, this blade brings Ying and Yang to your BBQ game!
